Decorative Plastic starts making RIGID film, We have been in the process of helping different hospitals, school and other areas during this world wide crises, as we already have a German Rigid calendar on hand and have the experience of manufacturing PVC RIGID clear and opaque film, we thought that it would be both advantages and helpful to re start making this material.
Much like all our materials, our RIGID film meets and can meet different standards and as a standard we are already ISO Certified, with all our production and materials being EN 71 Part 3 (Eco Friendly)
This material can be used for the following application
Packaging, Photo albums, Box making, Vacuum forming, Food packaging, Stationary, Lamination
Currently we are only manufacturing thickness between 0.12 mm up to 0.25 mm, our current maximum width is 24”, though within a month we will be able to manufacture in wider width. PVC Non Phthalate : Eco Friendly Products
Phthalate is a chemical used in PVC plastic products. It is a Consumer Products which is used as plasticizers to softening in plastic, therefore, flexible or soft PVC plastic products (Soft Vinyl Products) often contain phthalates.
There are many types of phthalates that are commonly used today.
1. DEHP or Di (2-ethylhexyl) Phthalate for mixing in PVC plastic to make the plastic texture softer. Which is commonly used with bags or plastic wrap and stretch film wrapped for food, toys, medical instruments including construction materials.
2. DINP or Diisononyl Phthalate is available in gardening shirts, shoes, toys, construction materials.
3. DBP or Di-n-butyl Phthalate is available in wire, cable, shoes, behind the rug and the border of the pond.
4. Butyl Benzyl Phthalate is available in vinyl tiles, vehicles that have tracks for transporting food, fake leather.
5. DOP or Di-n-octyl Phthalate is available in floor materials, carpet, canvas, notebook cover, blood bag.
The danger of phthalates
The effect on the respiratory system of this substance has not been reported to cause harm to humans. But from experiments with animals at high concentrations will cause irritation to the respiratory system and the central nervous system is pressed causing headaches, dizziness, nausea, vomiting.

The European Union requires that the phthalate group is 2,2-Bis (4 hydroxyphenyl) propane bis (phthalic anhydride). There is no residue and food residue (SML) not more than 0.05 mg / kg.

Raw material prices have again started to increase, we expect that they will continue to increase throughout the next two months. Freight prices and containers are still increasing drastically and the fluctuation is extremely high, getting container bookings is also becoming increasingly difficult. This is based on the increase of oil prices, we expect prices will reach $100 per barrel by the end of 2018. Though our prices continue to remain stable for July We might see some slight increases for August and September.
As stated in some of our previous emails, all our materials from PVC clear sheet, expanded vinyl, opaque film are now inkjet printable. This basically means that you do not have to do silk screen, you can use the binding material and ink jet print anything that you require. Attached is a video showing how easy it is 0. 06 MM clear film to be printed and how clear and precise and beautiful printing looks.

Raw materials are stabilizing, though price for PVC resin is stable, prices for stabilizers still increase. We do not foresee increases in prices for the short term but do expect a rise in shipping cost during the 2 months.
